Role PurposeDrive effective and innovative brand, strategic marketing, public relations and communication strategies that will create brand awareness and differentiation in the market. This should ensure profitable growth and sustainability aligned to the business objectives for Momentum Corporate. Requirements Post-graduate degree in Business Management, Marketing or Behavioural Sciences10 -15 years brand and marketing experience operating on a senior levelRelevant experience within the financial services industrySound experience of B2B as well as B2C marketing strategiesKnowledge of the Employee benefits landscape5+ years leadership experience on a senior level and managing large teamsCompetence in digital marketing strategy, business development, corporate communication, marketing analytics and metrics Duties & Responsibilities Design and lead the implementation of the Momentum Corporate business brand and marketing strategies to drive the business agenda in line with branding and marketing architecture to deliver initiatives that are compelling, relevant and deliver a consistent message in the corporate context.Provide strategic direction and execution of marketing relevant to the Momentum Corporate brand to deliver targeted strategies that align to specific market understanding and focuses on business development and maximising sales opportunities.Design, develop and sustain a holistic PR strategy for Momentum Corporate ensuring visibility, brandbuilding and thought leadership.Partner with Group marketing on relevant sponsorship, events and Corporate Social investment initiatives.Provide a clear and consistent Marketing partner value proposition that is aligned to and forms an integral part of the strategic intent of the segment.Partner with Product Houses and Distribution Channels, evaluate and monitor competitiveness of products, services and marketing activities, channeling these insights into the optimisation of marketing initiatives.Drive the development of integrated marketing strategies and campaigns that maximise the effectiveness of the sales force and business development activities.Drive the development and measurement of marketing metrics that enable effective decision making around revenue growth, market share, marketing intelligence and profitability.Develop and implement tactical plans to operationalise the marketing strategy for Momentum Corporate to achieve business objectives.Drive the use of the latest technology and mechanisms to effectively deliver marketing messaging to target audiences, including mobile, video, and social media etc.Develop and utilise measurements of impact to eliminate inefficiencies and enable effective decision making around revenue growth, market share, marketing intelligence and profitability.Build strong relationships with the brand and marketing community across the Group.
