Job Overview:

You'd be an excellent fit for this role if you have:

  • Extensive experience in a growth-focused role, ideally within the hospitality or real estate sectors or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability in developing and executing growth strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing diverse teams.
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics, digital marketing, and sales strategies.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Your roles and responsibilities:

Your primary duties will involve:
  • Comprehensive Growth Strategy: Develop and implement a robust growth strategy, aligning with Totalstay's mission and vision. Lead efforts in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and market expansion.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO, Chief of Staff, marketing, and product development teams to ensure a cohesive approach to growth initiatives.
  • Market Analysis and Adaptation: Keep a pulse on market trends and competitor activities. Use these insights to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Go-to-Market Strategies: Work closely with the relevant teams to formulate effective go-to-market plans to maximize profitability and market penetration.
  • Budget Management: Develop and oversee the budget for growth initiatives, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
  • Technology Utilization: Identify and implement cutting-edge technology and tools to bolster growth efforts and streamline processes.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates and detailed reports on growth performance and strategic milestones to the CEO and executive team.
  • Executive Leadership: Serve as a vital member of the executive team, contributing to Totalstay's overall strategic direction and long-term objectives.
  • Networking: Represent Totalstay at high-level industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings.
