Duties:

• Oversee all financial aspects of the organization, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in financial operations.
• Implement and optimize IT systems to enhance financial processes and reporting.
• Lead the finance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Drive cash control strategies, mitigating risks and ensuring financial integrity.
• Utilise PowerBI and other tools for insightful data analysis, contributing to strategic decision-making.

Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• BCom Accounting
• CTA
• CA(SA)

Experience:

• Qualified CA(SA)
• Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role.
• A minimum of 5 years post-experience
• Buying and selling environments is a MUST!
• Must have exposure to IT Systems Implementation
• Minimum of 2 years in a management role

Skills & Competencies:

• Demonstrate operational savvy with the ability to navigate and optimize financial processes for maximum efficiency.
• Showcase experience in successfully implementing new IT systems, enhancing overall operational efficiency.
• Demonstrating a forward-thinking approach to data analytics and reporting.
• Leadership skills and the ability to guide a finance team effectively.
• Commitment to driving results and achieving financial objectives through strategic financial planning and execution.
