Purpose of the Job

The Chief Executive Manager plays a pivotal role in guiding the state-owned entity to meet its strategic goals while ensuring compliance, effective governance, and stakeholder engagement.

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a dynamic team and drive the organizationxe2x80x99s success in the various targeted sectors. The ideal candidate must possess a Master's Degree and a proven track record of executive leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Business Administration / Business Management / Business Leadership / Engineering Management / Construction or Building Management
• Minimum of 10 years of executive management experience
• A track record of 8 - 10 years, in one or more of the targeted sectors (Automotive / Agriculture / Digital Economy / Renewable Energy / Advanced Manufacturing / BPO)
• Exhibit strong cognitive abilities, including the capacity to remember information, comprehend complex concepts, and analyse and apply data to identify patterns and connections

The work environment for this role is primarily office-based but may also include site visits and engagement through virtual platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership, vision, and direction to the organization
• Lead the development and execution of business plans and initiatives within targeted sectors
• Oversee the organizationxe2x80x99s growth, profitability, and performance
• Build and nurture a high-performing executive team
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, investors, and partners
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards
• Assess and mitigate risks while identifying opportunities for expansion
• Communicate the organizationxe2x80x99s vision, mission, and progress to stakeholders
• Represent the company at industry events and in the media
