Ideal Candidates will possess the following: Experience and Expertise:
Proven track record as a CEO/MD or in a senior executive role in the retail industry, with strong operational and commercial acumen.
Deep understanding of retail dynamics, including store operations, e-commerce, merchandising, supply chain, and consumer behaviour.
Demonstrated success in scaling retail businesses, driving innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:
Education: Suitable qualification
Experience:
Minimum 10+ years of senior management experience in the retail industry, with at least 5 years in a CEO or equivalent role.
Demonstrated success in implementing omnichannel strategies, scaling retail businesses, and managing complex retail operations.
