- 8+ years' in Senior Leadership roles within FMCG and Retail
- Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or equivalent a plus
- Experience managing Sales, Operations and Finance across product-based businesses
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams
- Comfortable operating within founder-led, fast-growing environments
