Duties:
Menu Planning: Design and plan menus that align with restaurant concepts and customer preferences.
Food Preparation: Create and prepare a variety of Indian dishes using traditional and modern techniques.
Kitchen Management: Oversee kitchen operations, manage junior kitchen staff, and ensure adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
Ingredient Selection: Select and source high-quality ingredients.
Training: Supervise and train junior kitchen staff in cooking techniques and presentation.
Creativity: Develop new dishes and update the menu as needed.
