Key Responsibilities:
Plan and prepare a wide variety of authentic Asian dishes with precision and creativity
Oversee kitchen operations, stock control, and hygiene according to HACCP or R638 standards
Work closely with the management team to develop seasonal and rotating menus
Train and supervise kitchen staff in Asian culinary techniques
Ensure quality control, plating standards, and portion consistency
Manage food cost, wastage, and ensure maximum kitchen efficiency
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience as a chef specialising in Asian cuisine
Formal culinary training or equivalent experience
Strong leadership, organisation, and time-management skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Passion for delivering high-quality dishes that impress and inspire
