What were looking for:

35 years of experience as a chef, ideally in a fine dining or boutique hospitality environment.
A warm, outgoing personality, someone who genuinely enjoys engaging with people.
A creative flair for presentation and an eye for detail.
Willingness to assist with guest hosting and check-ins.
Basic social media or marketing experience would be an advantage.
