Run and manage your designated section (grill, sauce, pastry, etc.)
Prepare and present dishes to the highest standard
Maintain food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness protocols
Ensure proper stock control and mise en place for service
Assist with training and mentoring junior staff
Collaborate on menu ideas and seasonal updates
Education & Experience
Matric or equivalent with 2-3 years' experience in a similar Chef de Partie or Demi Chef role
OR * 1-2 year Culinary Diploma or Certificate + 1-2 years' relevant kitchen experience
Previous experience in hotel, restaurant, or boutique property kitchens preferred
Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
Passion for fresh, seasonal, and innovative cuisine
