Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality pastries, desserts, cakes, tarts, and bakery items
  • Run your pastry station (mise-en-place, service, consistency, hygiene)
  • Assist with menu items, specials, and banqueting desserts
  • Maintain high hotel standards and support junior pastry staff
Essential Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years pastry experience in a 45 star hotels
  • Grade 12 and a recognised Pastry / Culinary qualification
  • Ability to work under pressure, maintain consistency, and deliver premium quality
  • Team player with excellent attention to detail
