Job Summary 4* boutique hotel with full a la carte restaurant, seeks a chef de partie with the following experience:- Cheffing qualification Minimum 1 year as chef de partie in an a la carte environment good attitude, hard working and open to learning Interviews in person at the hotel, so candidates must be able to get there at own travelling costs Applicants who do not have the specific experience list above, will not be contacted or corresponded with.
