Requirements and Experience:

Prepare, cook, and present dishes to luxury lodge standards, ensuring consistency and quality.

Maintain cleanliness and adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards.

Manage your kitchen section efficiently, including mise-en-place and service readiness.

Supervise and mentor junior chefs and kitchen hands.
