Job Summary Chef De Partie - High-End Restaurant - Cape Town We are recruiting an experienced Chef de Partie for an internationally recognized South African brand, operating one of Cape Town's most exclusive 130-seater restaurants. As a Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role within the culinary team, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard. You will manage your section efficiently, maintain excellent food quality, and contribute to the restaurant's reputation for world-class dining. Duties & Responsibilities Prepare and present dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and quality standards. Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness across your section at all times. Assist with stock control, ordering, and daily mise en place. Collaborate closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Uphold the restaurant's fine dining standards and attention to detail. Support and train junior kitchen staff when required. Minimum Requirements Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in fine dining, luxury hotels, or upmarket restaurants. Strong culinary skills with a passion for high-quality, beautifully presented food. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Ability to perform under pressure in a busy, refined kitchen. Professional attitude and strong attention to detail.
