Job Summary Chef de Partie - Five-Star Wine Estate Restaurant - Paarl, Cape Winelands A beautiful five-star wine estate and fine dining restaurant in the Paarl, Cape Winelands region is seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join their award-winning culinary team. The ideal candidate will be an all-rounder in the kitchen, confident in all sections including hot, cold, and pastry (some pastry experience will be a definite advantage). You should bring at least 3-4 years of experience in a fine-dining or luxury establishment and demonstrate a strong understanding of high-quality plating, consistency, and modern cooking techniques. We are also open to seasonal chefs seeking a shorter fixed-term contract - flexibility can be discussed during the interview process. Minimum Requirements 3-4 years' experience in a similar five-star or fine dining environment Culinary qualification preferred Excellent knowledge of all kitchen sections (hot, cold, and pastry) Strong attention to detail and presentation Passion for producing exceptional cuisine using local, seasonal ingredients Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed Package: Highly negotiable basic salary depending on current earnings Plus tips Plus overtime Plus uniform and meals on duty If you have not heard back from us within the next two weeks, please consider your application as unsuccessful on this particular occasion.
