Job Description
Chefs xe2x80x93 all levels (Sous Chef, Junior Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, Commis Chef) We are looking for Chefs at any level to join our busy kitchens, based in the North East of England and Wales, United Kingdom. Our award winning restaurants offer locally sourced, fresh, high quality menus and can serve up to 250 covers per day in the high season. You will work with highly experienced Head Chefs in kitchens which offer plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and in turn, provide great career progression. You must have a qualification in culinary arts. Previous experience of working with shellfish is desirable but not essential. Working visas are available through a sponsorship scheme, allowing you to work and live in the UK. An English language test will need to be taken for eligibility. We are happy to cover the costs of both 3 and 5 year visas, with the potential opportunity of UK citizenship after 5 years. Accommodation is available at a heavy reduced market rate , as well as staff meals whilst on shift. All tips are shared equally between the team based on the hours worked per week. In the high season this can be up to R18,300 plus after tax per month. Depending on experience salary will be R625,882, - R752,941 per annum based on a 48 hour contract.
