We are recruiting a CA(SA) to partner with a US-based organisation, providing financial oversight, leadership support, and operational accounting execution where needed. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical grounding with a willingness to roll up their sleeves and work in the detail.
Key Responsibilities:

Reviewing and preparing financial statements and reports Overseeing internal controls, governance, and financial compliance Providing financial insights to support business decisions Monitoring performance metrics and profitability Supporting budgeting, re-forecasting and long-term planning Identifying process improvements and supporting system optimisation Assisting with statutory, tax, and audit requirements Involvement in operational accounting tasks when required Working closely with US senior leadership Hours: US Eastern Time (EST) Ability to attend the office when required
Requirements:

Registered CA(SA) 3-10+ years post-articles experience Strong technical and commercial acumen Excellent business communication and stakeholder management Ability to balance oversight and execution roles Experience with international operations advantageous * Availability to work full-time
