Home of Hope is a registered non-profit organisation that provides care services for abused, abandoned and neglected children in our country, with a focus on those affected by Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD), which is permanent brain damage caused by pre-natal exposure to alcohol.
We are seeking a motivated and responsible individual. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organised, passionate about making a difference and target driven.
Key Responsibilities:
Support shop staff and volunteers Supervise daily operations including opening/closing and cash handling Ensure excellent customer service and a welcoming shop environment Organise stock rotation. Maintain accurate records of donations. Support and promote fundraising initiatives.
Requirements:
Previous retail or supervisory experience (charity shop experience is an advantage) Strong organisational and leadership skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Basic numeracy skills. Reliable, honest, and passionate about the non-profit sector.
