5 - 7 years Brand, Channel or Commercial experience (FMCG manufacturer or Retail ideal)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Increase the volume of sales, net revenue, market share, and profitability within the e-Commerce channel.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders from Marketing and Sales to construct and execute the E-Commerce strategy.
Establish strategic connections with customers to position as the companies primary collaborator for boosting online sales within the product category.
Enhance our online visibility and interaction across essential customer platforms by crafting brand campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing team and customer media proprietors.
Formulate a promotional strategy and create a Customer Activity calendar tailored for e-Commerce platforms, ensuring harmonization with Brand and Key Account strategies.
Collaborate with Key Account Management and customers to guarantee the optimal arrangement and range of the company products, aiming to enhance customer experience and stimulate growth in the product category.
Oversee the trade marketing budget and make decisions regarding pricing and promotional investments within the e-Commerce channel.
Supervise data analysis to uncover insights that can enhance the customer experience on e-Commerce channels and subsequently bolster sales revenue.
Elevate the e-Commerce knowledge and capabilities within the Marketing and Sales teams.
