1?Job Summary
To accelerate the strategic expansion of GAC in key African markets, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Channel Development Expert. This role will focus on systematically developing, establishing, and managing GAC's automotive sales and service network in Angola and Kenya, with broader responsibilities across six key countries. The ideal candidate will act as a pioneer for the GAC brand, identifying and partnering with strong local players--including established automotive dealers, importers, and new energy service providers--to build diversified and sustainable channel partnerships, driving rapid market share growth and brand influence.

2?Key Responsibilities
-Drive market entry and expansion across six African markets (Angola, Kenya, Egypt, Nigeria, Senegal, Libya) by designing and implementing channel development strategies.
-Independently identify and develop new channel partners, with a focus on major automotive distributors, importers, and new energy service providers.
-Lead commercial negotiations with potential partners, finalize agreements, and support the launch of new sales and service points.
-Conduct regular visits to existing partners to maintain strong relationships, provide support, and ensure sales targets are met.
-Gather and analyze market and competitor intelligence to support regional strategic decision-making.
3?Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, International Business, Automotive Engineering, or a related field preferred.
-Minimum 5 years of experience in channel development or sales management within the automotive industry. Experience in African markets (especially West, East, or North Africa) is highly desirable.
-Existing network and knowledge of the automotive channel landscape in Angola, Kenya, Egypt, Nigeria, Senegal, or Libya will be a strong advantage.
-Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to multicultural environments.
-Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in French or Arabic is a plus.
-Acceptance in working under pressure and undertaking frequent travel within Africa.
-Open to remote or hybrid work models.
