The change manager will be responsible for the development, implementation and coordination of organisational change initiatives and/or an organisational system change to ensure that the change objectives are realised.
Key Performance Areas:
Creating change management strategies to achieve the organisational goals
Developing and implementing plans to manage change
Leading, coordinating, and managing change management activities
Coaching and mentoring staff through the change process
Monitoring and assessing the impact of change on employees
Providing expert advice on handling change in the organisation
Communicating change management plans to all stakeholders to ensure their understanding and buy-in
Developing training programs to help employees understand and adapt to change
Evaluating the success of change management initiatives
Job Requirements
Qualification:
A bachelor's degree in human resources or a Change Management qualification
Experience:
10+ years of experience in a change management role
Solid understanding of organisational development and change theory
Comprehensive knowledge of business management principles, procedures, and systems (Project Management and the related system-focused and/or key competency) Adeptness in using advanced tools and software, like project management software, to manage change processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
