Job Description
SUMMARY:
The Client is looking for an experienced Change Managers to join the team on a 12-month, in-office contract based in Johannesburg. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in SAP-related change management, who can drive successful transformation within complex projects.
POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness assessments.
- Develop and execute change management strategies to support SAP project success.
- Partner with product owners to ensure seamless change execution throughout the delivery journey.
- Create and manage a detailed change plan, including communication, training, and engagement activities aligned with the project roadmap.
- Provide best practice guidance for change implementation and adoption.
- Perform post-implementation assessments to measure effectiveness and sustainability.
- 5+ years of experience in change management within SAP projects.
- Expertise in managing change for SAP solutions, including:
- SAP Group Reporting
- SAP Group Reporting Data Collection
- SAP S/4HANA
- SAP Master Data Management
- SAP PAPM
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Experience in developing and executing change strategies within SAP environments.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- SAP certifications (advantageous).
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
