Job Description
A multinational organisation is looking for their next CFO to take full end-to-end ownership of the company's financial management and the local manufacturing plant. Exposure to foreign currencies and matrix reporting is non-negotiable.
Requirements:
- CA(SA)
- 5-8 years post experience in a senior executive role
- Exposure to foreign currencies and matrix reporting is non-negotiable
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop, manage and inspire others
- JD Edwards experience (advantageous)
- Pharma/Manufacturing experience (advantageous)
- Proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Financial Management (Controlling, accounting, cash and tax)
- Risk/Opportunity Management
- Data collection & analysis
- Policy development and implementation
- Local & International compliance & Internal control
- Local Pharmaceutical Plant Manufacturing
