This isn't your average finance role. A fast-growing telecommunications company in the Northern Suburbs is looking for a commercially minded CFO to join their leadership team. This is your chance to take the wheel at group level, bring your multinational experience to the table, and help guide an ambitious business through its next chapter of growth.
You'll have a seat at the strategy table, oversee a skilled finance team, and make key calls on financial planning, risk, cashflow, and capital structure. Sound like your kind of challenge?
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning and business strategy
- Own cashflow, forecasting, and risk oversight
- Manage fundraising and capital structure decisions
- Ensure compliance and governance are always top-notch
- Guide and develop a high-performing finance team
- Handle board reporting, stakeholder comms, and contracts
- Take charge of group secretarial functions
- CA(SA) - this one's non-negotiable
- 6-10 years post-articles experience in senior finance roles
- Proven success in a multinational business environment
- Strong communicator and confident leader
- Advanced Excel and ERP know-how
- Deep understanding of corporate finance, strategy, and compliance
