Position overview

We are seeking a result driven Chief Executive Officer to lead and oversee the operations of Fortune Capital Holdings and the businesses we acquire. The ideal candidate will be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on operator, with experience in scaling businesses, managing teams and driving profitability.

Key responsibilities

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of acquired logistics businesses. Develop and execute business growth strategies for each portfolio company. Build and oversee a team of operational managers and staff within each business. Work closely with the advisory board to conduct due diligence and evaluate acquisition targets. Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable systems and processes. Establish KPIs and performance benchmarks to track company performance. Represent the company with partners, funders and stakeholders. Drive integration and value creation post-acquisition. Report regularly to the Board of Directors and provide strategic recommendations.

Requirements

Proven leadership experience, ideally as a CEO, Managing Director or General Manager Experience in logistics, transportation or operations management is

highly preferred

Strong understanding of business finance, budgeting and performance metrics. Experience in managing multiple businesses or business units is an advantage Entrepreneural mindset with the ability to work in a high growth, acquisition focused environment. Excellent communication, negotiation and decision-making skills A degree in Business, Logistics, Finance or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if experience is strong.

Equity and Ownership

This role includes a

founders equity stake,

meaning the CEO will receive ownership in the holding company in recognition of their leadership and long-term commitment to scaling the business group. No capital contribution is required; equity is granted based on performance and leadership.
