Our client is widely recognized for their investments into retail, commercial and industrial properties, with a large portfolio of properties across South Africa. They own and manage all their properties internally. Currently they are looking to appoint a Retail Facilities Manager to join their dynamic team and look after a centre based in Pretoria.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Setting of Opex and Capex budgets
Planned and scheduled maintenance
Manage a team of handymen, building managers, and technical staff.
Health and safety compliance, files, and audits
Management of security, garden services and refuge, utilities services
To be considered for this position, you will need to have:
A related technical qualification
A minimum of 5 years facilities management experience
Proven track record of retail facilities experience
Sound knowledge in HVAC, Aircons, Generators, Electrical, and Plumbing
Only candidates based in Pretoria will be considered
