Job Description
Key Outputs
- Define preventative maintenance checklist for each model of equipment on MARC site.
- Manage scheduled oil sampling data and recommend preventative maintenance interventions.
- Manage VIMS data and Minestar health information.
- Manage run fleet productivity optimisation program.
- Ensure effective self-management and performance ownership.
- Achieve team Balance Scorecard.
- Achieve applicable Service Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
- Ensure Personal Development Action Plan is in place and adhere to
- Qualified Artisan (Mechanic in relevant trade i.e. Diesel / Earthmoving).
- 5 years post-apprentice / learner ship experience.
- Demonstrated practical and theoretical training skills.
- Sound interpersonal relationship skills.
- Computer Literate (MS Office,
- Trouble shooting, problem solving and failure analysis skills.
- Caterpillar product knowledge.
- Familiar with the use of Service Technician Workbench.
- Experience in analysing oil sampling and trends (advantage).
