Job Summary This high-tech customer intelligence business is currently on the lookout for an experienced CCaaS and Telephony Integration Architect. The primary focus of this position will be to identify and unpack integration opportunities with complimentary technologies, and to share knowledge across technical and cross-functional teams.

Key Knowledge and Experience:
- Deep knowledge of CCaaS technology (Avaya or Genysis)
- Experience setting up and maintaining IVR technology
- Working knowledge of software architecture applicable to modern front-end, back-end, and database technologies (e.g. React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Working knowledge of integration concepts such as RESTful APIs, message queues, or WebSockets
- Client facing interpersonal skills for technical discussions
- Enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman (advantageous)
- BSc Degree (Computer Science, Engineering, or similar)
- 5+ years in a role focused on CCaaS or telephony products and technologies
