Job Description
A catering company has a position available for catering managers and assistant catering managers in Durban. The job specification is as follows:
A minimum of 3 years hospitality experience in an industrial catering environment
A passion for food
Own transport is advantageous
Knowledge of Health & Safety
Ability to work within a budget
Knowledge of hygiene standards
the ability to work long hours
The ability to start immediately or with short notice
Chef qualification will be advantageous
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
