- Relevant SCHOOL catering experience
- Hospitality qualification
- 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience as a catering manager
- Excellent knowledge of budgets, cost control measures, stock and stock control, running tuck shops
- Chef background advantageous - with the ability and knowledge to assist with menu development and function design
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Experience in management of functions
- Confident in HR related matters, staff training and upskilling
- A strong leader and manager with an excellent work ethic
