Job Description

New Store Opening in March 2026 - Outdoor Warehouse Hartenbos

This position is for candidates who are eager to take full advantage of our training and development initiatives to ensure we continue with our excellent customer service.

Key Requirements:

- Completed Matric or equivalent qualification (N3 or NQF4)
- A minimum of 1 year retail store experience
- A minimum of 1 year frontline customer care experience (e.g. exchanges, refunds)
- Excellent verbal communication skills as it is expected to engage with customers and suppliers

Key Responsibilities Include:

Till operation, housekeeping, protection of company assets, administration and customer care.

The position is structured with a basic salary and overtime (Sundays and public holidays) with additional benefits: medical aid, pension fund, staff discount and In-store incentive scheme.
