Responsibilities and Duties
- xe2x80xa2Daily capturing and processing of bank statements for allocated entities
- xe2x80xa2Weekly (and ad-hoc) capturing and processing of payments for all entities
- xe2x80xa2 Monthly bank reconciliations for all entities
- xe2x80xa2 Working with the team leader on the preparation of Weekly Cash Flow Reporting & the management thereof.
- xe2x80xa2 Preparing BOP forms for all international inward & outward transactions.
- xe2x80xa2 Work with team leader on analysis of Bank Accounts & sweeping thereof.
- xe2x80xa2 Monitoring and supervising the capturing of all journals related to the various cashbook accounts.
- xe2x80xa2 Liaising with banks on all administrative matters eg. new users, limits, etc
- Assist in supervision of junior cash administrator
- Experience working with multiple currencies essential
- BCom degree in Accounting/Finance / Relevant Accounting education
- Proven work experience in this role of 3+ years
- Hands-on experience with accounting software
- Familiarity with advanced formulas in MS Excel
- 2+ years experience managing/supervising a team
- Must have valid passport / permanent residency
- Monday to Friday (7:20-16:20) with alternate Saturdays (8-12)
