Job Summary

To be responsible for posting and accurately allocating daily receipts across all UK and international banks.

What you will do

Process customer BACS/foreign receipts and allocate accurately on a customer account on a daily/weekly basis Liaise with Credit controllers to reconcile receipts queries and returned receipts Assist with bank remittance matching to customer accounts on the system Reviewing unallocated cash and ensuring this is kept to a minimum Monitoring the inbox daily and respond to queries from credit in a timely manner Accurately update banking reporting to the O2C function on a daily basis. Ad-hoc duties as required
