Car Wash Forecourt Supervisor
Job Description
Supervise and motivate car wash staff to maintain productivity and quality
Interact with customers, manage feedback, and ensure satisfaction
Identify opportunities for upselling and promoting premium services
Oversee team operations and manage vehicle and scooter fleet
Conduct quality control checks on all car wash and detailing services
Plan and deliver training for staff to maintain service excellence
Energetic, reliable, and committed to high service standards
Passion for motor vehicles and detailing work
Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills
Valid South African driver's license
A network within the motor industry is advantageous
Willingness to learn and grow alongside senior supervisors
