Duties include

Monitor and track the companys rental fleet using the tracking platform
Ensure vehicles remain within authorised geographic boundaries
Assist the recoveries team with client defaults and escalations
Facilitate towing or roadside assistance in case of accidents or vehicle breakdowns
Maintain accurate logs and records of all vehicle movements and incidents
Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to resolve issues promptly
De-escalate high-pressure or potentially volatile situations with professionalism
Contribute to operational excellence and compliance with company policies

Requirements:

Minimum Matric / Grade 12 qualification
Previous experience in a control room, tracking, or fleet monitoring environment
Strong telephonic and customer communication skills
Rational decision-making and problem-solving ability
Ability to monitor multiple vehicles and situations simultaneously
Basic computer literacy: Excel, Word, Email, Tracking Platforms
Calm under pressure and able to de-escalate difficult situations
Residing in Gauteng, East Rand
