Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
Degree / National Diploma in Public Health, Nursing, Education, HR or relevant
3+ years experience as a training / capacity building coordinator
Facilitator, moderator, and assessor experience
Track record in coordinating programme design / execution
Experience in traditional and modern training methods
Specialized knowledge and expertise in HIV/AIDS programs and related disciplines
Valid drivers license and ability to travel extensively
The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:
Planning training develop training and assist with building training plans; coordinating with all relevant stakeholders; designing and developing training agendas
Training management Select trainers/facilitators; design/develop training notes; develop good relations; develop/maintain good facilitator database; develop selection criteria; prepare training cost estimates; manage training session logistics
Assessment, monitoring & evaluation of training develop/conduct needs assessment; maintain training attendance, registers, records and materials and track participant satisfaction; ensure appropriate training evaluation; produce narrative reports
Communication ensure training topics are well understood contribute to reports, articles, and other pieces; engage on social media
Salary: R401 000 per annum CTC for the contract duration
