INSITU is an emerging architectural studio built in Cape Town. Based on collaborative principals, INSITU brings experience in residential, retail, commercial and hospitality genres with a emphasis on holistic design focused spatial solutions inspired by the built and natural environment. INSITU is the architectural derivative of the International and award winning Inhouse Design Studio.

Job Summary:

As our studio grows, we are actively looking for a dynamic and design and production focused Architect or Architectural Technologist.

We are looking for an individual that is a great team player, that has leadership potential and has the ability to manage multiple projects.

The preferred candidate should demonstrate:

Experience thoughout all work stages with an advanced knowledge of this process.

Excellent administrative and communication skills (written and verbal)

A good understanding of technical design detailing through the production of construction documentation

The ability to share and collaboratively work within the team.

The ability to proactively run with a projects scope and execute on the required documentation.

Advanced working knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Autocad, Sketchup and 3D rendering software.

Production of Local Authority and working drawings

2-5 years experience post qualification.

Site construction experience is advantageous

SACAP registration is advantageous

Salary

Market related dependant on your level of experience.
