Job Description

Overall Purpose of the Role:



The Campaigns Marketing Manager will lead the end-to-end marketing function, overseeing strategic planning and execution across digital, brand, content, partnerships, and campaigns. You'll work closely with Product, Sales, and Data teams to develop integrated marketing strategies that generate qualified leads, strengthen brand positioning, and support our ambitious growth goals.

Experience and Skills Required:



8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role Proven track record in B2B or SME-targeted marketing (bonus if fintech, banking, or SME lending experience) Strong knowledge of digital performance marketing, content strategy, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Mailchimp, Marketing Cloud, AI, Netcore Cloud), and marketing automation Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical ability and comfort working with data dashboards Experience managing agencies and leading cross-functional projects Entrepreneurial mindset and bias toward action, someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment

Responsibilities



Strategic planning & execution:



Develop and implement the annual marketing strategy in line with business objectives Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention Translate business priorities into clear marketing goals, KPIs, and tactical plans

Demand generation & digital campaigns:



Manage (with agency) paid media (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), SEO/SEM, email automation, and conversion funnels Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to align lead gen campaigns and messaging across the buyer journey Optimise campaign performance through A/B testing, analytics, and CRM data insights

Brand, content & communication:



Oversee the development of creative content for social media, digital platforms, email, and thought leadership Drive the evolution of the the business brand as part of Business, maintaining tone, consistency, and relevance Manage external agencies, designers, and freelancers to produce on-brand, high-quality deliverables Reporting & budget: Track and report on campaign performance, ROI, and funnel metrics Manage the marketing budget efficiently, prioritizing high-impact activities and reporting on spend vs. results
