Job Summary Camp Manager - Luxury Safari Camp | Kalahari Job Overview Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a professional and experienced Camp Manager to join a luxury safari camp located in the Kalahari. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full operational management of the camp, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient day-to-day functioning. This is a live-in position with a salary negotiable depending on experience. Key Responsibilities o Overseeing all daily camp operations o Managing guest relations and ensuring high service standards o Leading, training, and supporting camp staff o Handling lodge administration, stock control, and reporting o Managing maintenance schedules and ensuring camp facilities are well maintained o Coordinating with external suppliers and service providers o Ensuring health, safety, and hygiene standards are upheld throughout the camp Package o Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience o Live-in position with accommodation provided
