Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a passionate and upcoming Camp Manager for a Luxury 5* Lodge in the Kruger National Park. This pivotal role involves supporting the General Manager and Lodge Manager. Key Responsibilities:
- Update General and Lodge Managers on property operations.
- Hosting site inspections, engaging with the market, and managing journalist relations.
- Maintain property and service standards.
- Facilitate departmental meetings and assist in vacant Head of Department positions.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance guest experience.
- Address guest queries and complaints constructively and promptly.
- Collect and communicate guest information for personalized service.
- Act on guest preferences to improve their experience.
- Report all guest complaints promptly.
- 3+ years of hospitality experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Track record of meeting targets.
- Luxury customer service knowledge.
- Valid Code 08 driver's license.
- Strong guest-focused philosophy aligned with the company brand.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive approach.
