Candidate requirements;

Tertiary education in Hospitality or Tourism is essential
A minimum of 8 years in a managerial or supervisory position is essential
Must have experience in the hospitality industry
Must have prior experience in the safari lodge industry or in remote environments
Experience in stock control, bar service, staff management, and skills development is essential
Will need to be the support for General Management
Must have excellent communication skills - with guests and fellow staff members
Good organizational ability and have initiative
Professional, courteous, hospitable to guests
Must be able to cope under pressure to meet guests' needs
Must be able to lead people and correct things when needed
Honest, have good integrity, proactive and driven person who has career ambitions
