Job Description
To love and respect the learners, allowing them to express themselves with confidence and poise. To present lessons which are interesting, creative and enriching. Must have a sound knowledge of the Cambridge English syllabus and/or be willing to learn. Must be a mother tongue English speaker, and eloquent, inspiring learners to become the same. Able to present classes in a well-structured manner and be able to achieve outcomes consistently. Must command respect and have well developed classroom management skills. Professional at all times, punctual and organised, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
