Duties & Responsibilities
Supervise a team of call center representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure quality of service
Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum of 1 years of experience in call center leadership/supervisor or a similar role
Knowledge of call center operations, metrics, and industry best practices
