Sales Team Leader

with

proven outbound call centre experience

. If you've led a team of at least 5 sales agents, know how to hit and exceed targets, and have a track record of motivating and managing high-performing teams -- we want to talk to you.

Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

2+ years

proven

experience as a

Team Leader in an Outbound Sales Call Centre

Managed a team of

5 or more agents

Matric with Mathematics Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Must reside in or be able to travel to

Northcliff, JHB

Debt Review experience is a strong advantage

What We Offer

- Basic Salary:

R8 000 - R10 000

- Commission:

Uncapped

- realistic monthly earnings between R10 000 and R25 000+

Your Role Includes:

Driving and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets Coaching and developing agents for performance Implementing sales techniques and scripts Performance management using KPIs Quality control and pipeline tracking Reporting and motivating your team to success
