ABOUT US:
Manati Alternate Student Funding is a student funding organisation, specialising in funding solutions for prospective university and college students across South Africa. DUTIES:
We are looking for energetic, motivated, well-spoken and professional candidate to liaise with loan applicants, explain loan terms and obtain required docs, moving the loan application through to a successfully converted loan as quickly as possible. The ideal candidate will have sales experience, have a sense of urgency, have the ability to plan and structure their day in order to contact as many applicants as possible. Job duties will include:

• Contacting applicants and students to explain loan agreement terms and conditions;
• Obtain required documentation as soon as possible in order to close the deal;
• Capture information in a CRM system;
• Managing the clientxe2x80x99s full loan application journey;
• Assisting with other ad hoc operational requirements as requested;

REQUIREMENTS:

• Matric essential;
• Tertiary qualification will be advantageous;
• At least 2 years SALES and/or PR experience;
• Well-spoken and articulate in English. The ability to speak another South African language will be advantageous.
• Computer literate;
• Must be a South African Citizen or Permanent Resident;
• Clear credit and criminal record
• Must submit a CV and short letter to explain interest in role

• Understand sales and have the passion and hunger to work hard in order to earn commission

• Ability to work under pressure;
• Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise tasks;

• The ability to communicate effectively with clients, employees and stakeholders;
• Strong understanding of customer service.

Job Type: Commission Salary: R1.00 - R15,000.00 per month COVID-19 considerations:

• Do you understand that this is a Commission-only job, which means you will not earn a basic salary. We pay R750 per successful converted loan. Most of our agents convert 10-20 loans per month, therefore the more effort you put in, the more likely you can earn R15,000+ per month.
