Job Summary
A leading insurance brokerage is currently seeking an experienced Call Centre Manager to join their team in Boksburg.
Duties:
- Managing a team of agents.
- Ensure KPi's are met on a daily and monthly basis.
- Handle client queries
- Training of new agents
- Reporting to management on a daily basis
- Actively recruiting for new agents.
- Managerial skills
- 2-3 years in a similar position
- Must have solid knowledge in the short term insurance industry.
