We're Looking for a Nightshift Manager Who Can Do It All!

Do you have a generalist approach with the ability to think outside the box and handle any task that comes your way? We're seeking a Nightshift Manager with strong IT skills, excellent crisis management, and top-notch communication abilities to lead our night operations.

What We're Looking For:

Generalist with the ability to take on a variety of tasks Strong IT skills for troubleshooting and managing tech-related issues Proven crisis management and problem-solving capabilities Exceptional communication and leadership skills Creative and proactive mindset for handling unexpected situations Supervise and support the night shift teams Handle escalations and crisis situations Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, and network issues Manage escalations and troubleshoot technical problems quickly and efficiently Ensure operational continuity and compliance Submit end-of-shift reports

What You Bring:



Proven experience managing teams Strong IT knowledge: hardware, software, networks, and common troubleshooting Crisis management and problem-solving skills Tech-savvy with the ability to use monitoring tools and support software Excellent communication and multitasking abilities Willingness to work strictly night shifts

Working Schedule:

Monday to Friday 21:00 -06:00

Salary :

Competitive Salary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R10000,00 - R15000,00 per month

Work Location: In person
