Job Summary In need of a bookings consultant to work within the call center environment of McCarthy's Auto Trimmers Mobile division based in Maitland, Cape Town Key duties - Confirm bookings for mobile repairs being carried out in KZN and JHB region - Complete bookings sheet - Liaise with insurance companies to do quotes and send off paper work to relevant parties. - Update daily totals for management - Attend to inquiries via Whats App and email - Monitor the mobile teams in KZN and JHB - Assisting with adhoc duties. email all C.V's to (if you haven't heard back from us after 1 week kindly consider your application unsuccessful)
