Blue Mercury is looking for individuals to Fill Roles For our Discovery and Capital legacy campaigns
We offer a basic salary and uncapped commission, with no retainers or claw-backs. Commission and basic is payable within the same month and is uncapped

We are at a platinum level at discovery as our company has launched these campaigns for discovery since 2010
We also work for capital legacy which is the biggest will provider and estate administrators in south Africa and have been running this camping since 2019
PRODUCT SPECS FOR CAMPAIGNS :
Discovery Life which provides clients with up to 60% of their current life cover back and Discovery Vitality ,which provides the client with monthly cash back. These are just a few if the exciting benefits you will be able to offer
Discovery Insure gives a client 50% cash back on fuel
Capital legacy is the biggest provider of wills in south Africa with over 6500 clients monthly that are signing up

Core Responsibilities:
Making Outbound Calls:
Agents make calls to potential customers (cold calling) or existing customers for various reasons, including sales, customer service, or market research.Generating Leads:
Identifying and qualifying potential customers through outbound calls is a key function.Sales and Upselling/Cross-selling:
Agents may be tasked with selling products or services, as well as offering upgrades or related products.Proactive Customer Support:
Outbound calls can be used to provide proactive customer support, addressing issues or offering solutions before customers even realize they exist.Gathering Feedback:
Agents may call customers to collect feedback on products, services, or the overall customer experience.Follow-up Calls:
Outbound calls can be used to follow up on previous interactions, such as after a purchase or a service appointment.Job Type: Full-time
