Job Summary Call Centre Supervisor/Coach - Inbound Joing a dynamic Call Centre - Inbound In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day support and management of the call center, ensuring efficient and effective customer service delivery. Our team is young and vibrant Are you a results oriented leader with Call Centre experience? Duties & Responsibilities Supervise a team of call center representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure quality of service Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction Desired Experience & Qualification Minimum of 1 years of experience in call center leadership/supervisor or a similar role Knowledge of call center operations, metrics, and industry best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
